Installing CueCollab

To install CueCollab, follow these steps:

1. Download the latest version from the official website.
2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Once installed, launch the application.
4. Open the Administration and configure timecode input and video recording settings.

Updating CueCollab

CueCollab automatically checks for updates on startup and notifies you when a new version is available.
When a new version is found, it can be downloaded and installed directly from within the application.

Alternatively, you can manually download the latest version from the official website and run the installer.

• For in-app updates, ensure you have remote access to the server machine, as the application will restart during the update process.

• For manual updates, simply run the installer for the new version. Make sure to close the application before starting the installer.

Always back up your application data before updating to avoid potential data loss.

This can be done in the application under Administration > Showfile & Backup > Quick Backup.

Do not update CueCollab in mission-critical situations, such as just before a show.

Even though every update is carefully tested, unexpected issues can arise.
Always test the new version in your environment before using it in production.
