Bugs & Feedback

When reporting a bug, include as much detail as possible:

  • The actions leading up to the issue.
  • Any error messages that appear.
  • The expected vs. actual outcomes.
  • Screenshots or recordings, if possible.
  • Screenshots of your browser’s console output (see below).
  • Application log file (see below).

Your detailed reports will help identify and resolve issues more efficiently.

The application log file can be found in the CueCollab web interface:

Administration > System Information > Download MAIN.LOG

  • In your Google Chrome window, click the three dots icon in the top right corner.
  • In the dropdown menu, select More Tools.
  • In the next dropdown menu, select Developer Tools.
  • Open the Console tab at the top.
  • Copy the console logs to your clipboard or take screenshots of the logs to share.

Direct access to application data and log file directories is usually not necessary.
However, if you need to access these directories for troubleshooting purposes, you can find them here:

  • Data: ~/Library/Application Support/CueCollab
  • Logs: ~/Library/Logs/CueCollab
