License
Manages the CueCollab license for this installation. The page shows the current license status, the licensed product and variant, and the license owner details.
License Status
Section titled “License Status”The top of the page shows whether the license is valid. If there is an issue, an alert describes the problem and what to do:
- Activation limit reached — the license has been activated on too many devices. Deactivate it on another device or free up a slot via the license management portal.
- Validation error — the license could not be verified, most likely because the activation server could not be reached for too long (offline period expired) or the Host ID changed. Restart the app while connected to the internet and try activating again.
License Details
Section titled “License Details”When a valid license is active, the page shows:
- Licensed Product — the product name and variant covered by this license
- Valid until — the license expiry date
- Offline until — how long the app can run without an internet connection before re-validation is required, and how many days remain
- License Owner — the name and email address associated with this license
License Key
Section titled “License Key”The currently active license key is displayed in a read-only field. It can be copied to clipboard.
If no license is active, an input field is shown to enter and activate a license key.
- Activate License — submits the entered key and activates the license on this device
- Deactivate License — releases this activation, freeing up a slot so the license can be used on another device
- Refresh Offline License — re-validates the license with the activation server while online, resetting the offline period countdown
Host ID
Section titled “Host ID”A unique identifier for this server machine, used by the licensing system to tie the license to this device. Read-only, can be copied to clipboard.
