Show Setup
The central place for show-level configuration. Changes take effect immediately across the whole system on save.
Show Name
Section titled “Show Name”The name of the current production. Shown on the home screen, in the Recording Overlay, and in exports. Required.
Note Lists
Section titled “Note Lists”Defines the list names available for note-taking across the app. Each name you add becomes a selectable category in the Notepad, Edit Notes, and other places. Common examples: Light, Sound, Stage, Blocking, Video.
Type a list name and press Enter, space, comma, or semicolon to add it. Remove a name by clicking the × on its chip. The order here determines the display order throughout the app, so put the most-used lists first.
If no lists are defined, notes go into a single uncategorized pool.
Cue Tags
Section titled “Cue Tags”Tags available for cues in the cue editor. Once defined here, they appear as filter options in the Callsheet and Edit Cues. Use tags to categorize cues by department or type (e.g. Light, Sound, Stage, Video).
Type a tag name and press Enter, space, comma, or semicolon to add it.
Recording Tags
Section titled “Recording Tags”Tags available for recording entries. Once defined here, they appear as filter options in the Review module and Edit Recordings. Use them to mark takes by type or context (e.g. Tech, Rehearsal, Premiere).
Click Save to apply changes. The Save button is only active when there are unsaved changes.
