Sets passwords for the two access levels in CueCollab.

Show-Critical Environments

This password protection does not add a true security layer — it is mainly intended to prevent unauthorized individuals from casually accessing the app. For any production environment, access should be restricted at the network level (private VLAN, firewall, etc.).

User Password

Required to access CueCollab over the network — all pages except the fullscreen displays. Connections from localhost or 127.0.0.1 (the server machine itself) never require a password.

Set this to prevent unauthorized access on shared or open networks. Leave it empty if your network is fully trusted.

Admin Password

Required to access the admin section over the network. If no admin password is set, the user password also covers admin access.

This creates two access tiers: crew members use the user password for day-to-day pages; the technical team uses the admin password for configuration.
